We offer professional and reliable care for babies and children during the night. Our team takes care of supervising and attending to the little ones while you sleep, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment. Our rates start from a minimum of 5 hours of service and extend up to a maximum of 8 hours per day. This allows us to offer flexibility and tailor our services to your specific needs, whether it's for a short period or throughout the entire day. Please note that rates may vary depending on the season, with potential adjustments during peak times to reflect increased demand.

1. Bookings Minimum notice: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance throughout the year to ensure the availability of our nannies. However, during peak season (November to May), we kindly ask families to make their bookings at least one month in advance due to high demand. Last-minute requests will be accommodated based on availability. Minimum service duration: A minimum of 4 hours per nanny session is required for all bookings. Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed in writing, via email or text message, once the booking process is complete and the deposit is paid. 2. Rates and Payments Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total service cost is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy. Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service. We accept payments by cash or credit/debit card. Additional fees: Extra charges may apply for special requests, late-night hours (after 9:00 p.m.), or services on public holidays. 5. Safety and Responsibility Safe environment: Our nannies are trained to provide a safe and fun environment for children. However, families are responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and appropriate environment for both the children and the nanny. Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, our nannies are trained in first aid and will immediately contact the parents or guardians. A valid emergency contact number is required at all times. 6. Parental Responsibilities Medical and safety information: Parents must provide accurate information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their children may have before the service begins. 7. Night and Holiday Policy Late-night services: Nanny services provided after 9:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. are subject to an additional hourly fee. Holiday services: Nanny services requested on national holidays may be subject to special rates, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 8. Peak Season During peak season (November to May), due to the high demand for our services, we recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure we can best meet your family’s needs. While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, they will be subject to team availability.
