We Care was founded by two sisters — Diana and Natalia — who shared a single belief: that children on vacation should have their own extraordinary experience, not simply be managed while their parents have one. That belief became a service. The service became a calling.

As We Care grew, Alejandra joined the family — bringing the structure, warmth, and operational heart that allowed everything to flow. Together, the three of us complement each other in ways that go beyond skills: our energy, our experience, and our love for what we do is what makes We Care what it is today.

Rooted in Punta Mita and deeply connected to the luxury hospitality community of Riviera Nayarit, we know that trust — especially with your children — is earned slowly and kept with great care.
