We understand that travel plans are fluid. We ask for as much notice as possible — ideally 48 hours — for any changes or cancellations. Yes. Every member of our team holds current first aid and CPR certification. We also have nannies with professional medical experience — including one who works part-time at the Punta Mita hospital — offering families an added layer of confidence, particularly when traveling with infants or very young children.
